Up Stall and Reel Combination 2


Combination of Up Stall and Low Reel. You can practice with pendulum stall or shallow angle stall, If you are not used to stall up. Everyday 3mins stall exercise! Start Status: Splite time Same Direction Backward Swing 1. R: Stall Up ( Home Side ) 2. L: Stall Up ( Crossed Side ) 3. R: Reel (turn to the other side) 4. L : Stall Up ( Home Side ) 5. R : Stall Up ( Crossed Side ) 6. L : Reel ( turn to the other side)
