How to
- Turn from forward spin to backward spin by Split Carry Turn.
- Back to the position by Split Carry Turn.
- The follwing hand at first turn becomes the leading hand when making a turn back to the original position.
- Try to turn only with your body by turning 90 to the sides while the poi orbit stays the same.
- As you get familar with the movement, try to link the turn without extra spins.
- When you've mastered the turns, try to do the same movement by stretching out the arms.
It looks pretty impressive when big circles move dynamically!
