Summary

The basic move of the stick type poi, You'll use often "catch" move when you use them.

How to

Base position [Home]

  1. Normarl hand position catch : Catch on Backward swing.
  2. Counter hand position catch : Catch on Forward swing.

Crossed position [ Away ]

  1. Normarl hand position, away plane catch:　Forward swing, catch the poi on the away plane.
  2. Counter hand position, away plane catch:　Backward swing, catch the poi on the away plane.

Tips

Keep the plane straight and open your palm to 90 degrees to the poi plane.
