Arm Roll Outside

Summary

This is a roll move that the poi roll from the outside to the inside of the body. Roll in the direction to the inner elbow from the palm.

How to

  1. Hold the poi head and spin the konb. Arm is in a fixed state, and spinning with the wrist.
  2. Release the poi when the knob comes to the top of the rotation, then poi starts rolling on the arm.
  3. Drop the head on the outside of the arm when the poi rolled to the elbow. Then cacth the knob.

Tips

  • Since the roll is by centrifugal force, instead of rolling arms, do not move your arm as much as possible.
  • Try to keep your arm and hand straight line horizontally.
