Swapping Poi
Summary
One of the most basic move of Mani-poi. Swapping poi right to left. You can swap when you stall poi, but this swapping hands during swinging.
How to
- Swapping poi from left hand to right hand.
* Pass poi when it goes up. - Swappin poi from right hand to left hand.
* Pass poi when it goes down.
Tips
- Don't hold poi tight
- Slide leashes and catch the nob after swapping hands.
