Summary

Simple but dynamic move, big arm circle pirouette. This exercise will make your pirouette better cleaner!

How to

Open arm 180 degrees. Open your chest, like turning with back, sapula.
Kicking foot should get back to original position everytime.
Try keep your head position at the same point always.

*The teacher head is moving on clockwise pirouette, don't copy him.
